7 habits for strong memory

People remember strong power has some habits that they will not miss each day. Train the habit might make you become one of their strong recall power.

Protect and enhance the ability of the brain is very easy. Simply train a few little quirks and change patterns that are not good. The brain will stay alive even if it increases its ability to continue to be trained and used.

An online survey conducted by Australian researchers on 29,500 respondents who have been selected and the category of people who have a strong memory.
The respondents previously underwent several tests of memory such as remembering the events of 1, 5 or 20 years ago, memorizing a shopping list, remembering faces, names and pekerjaannnya respectively.

Researchers also analyzed the lifestyle and daily diet. Finally after doing some analysis, the researchers learned and concluded seven habits of people with a strong memory.

1. Not consume alcohol
Those with a strong memory was rarely consume alcoholic beverages, because it can damage the nervous system alcohol and weaken the ability of the brain.

2. Watching television is nothing more than an hour every day
People remember strong power rarely seen spectacle-a spectacle that does not really matter, except the spectacle of nature educate. They are more often read than watch.

3. Often read novels
By reading the novel, the brain will be trained to think, and guessing what will happen. The storyline novel twist will make the brain continues to think but in the form of the brain that is more exciting adventure and fun.

4. Always-crossed and cross-connect data nyambungkan
The brain’s ability to continue to rise when the data that goes into it is connected to one another. By relating such, the data will be stored and embedded in the brain stronger.

5. Never forget to eat fish
Fish is a source of protein known to function regenerate dead cells. Brain cells must continue to be regenerated. Some types of fish such as salmon and sardines contain omega 3 which is very good for the development of brain cells and the ability to remember someone.

6. Drinking tea or coffee
Tea and coffee contain caffeine which can stimulate the heart and brain to keep awake and work better. However, excessive consumption, especially coffee can be fatal. Drink in reasonable doses.

7. Always make a note in the form of a small journal or notebook
The data that go into our brains without recorded may be attached, and maybe not. However, if the data is recorded, then we can look back when forgotten. Also noted it could increase the brain’s ability to memorize up to 20 percent.
